Consent and how we use your information

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for any other reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at enquiries@ana-noush.com.

Once you use our website you will be regarded as having given your consent to monitor and record any communication between you and us in order to run our website and our business efficiently, to ensure that we satisfy your requests and to improve our service through the training of our staff.

We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase.

From time to time we may also produce aggregate data, for example to identify how our website is used. This type of information will not personally identify information about individual users.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by a Court Order, by applicable legislation or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

Cookies

As with most other websites both we and any of our associates use cookies, which are files that web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive, to help us to identify whether you have visited the site and session cookies, which identify who you are.

Third Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We always advise you to ensure that you are aware of their privacy policies.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms and Conditions.
